Live + async, remote-first
Two live sessions per week. Async builds and reviews between sessions. All times accommodating US and India.

Cohort size
15 people maximum
Small enough that every person gets direct feedback. Large enough for meaningful peer dynamics.

A typical week
Live session — new concept introduced, architecture decision made together
Async build — you implement the decision in your own system
Live session — builds reviewed, problems surfaced, patterns extracted
Iterate, refine, or rest. Office hours available Friday.
What you need to bring

Comfort with code — you don't need to be a daily coder, but you need to read and reason about systems
